Message As I've stated before...its a different story when you give a product review..rather than say "don't buy from AMZ". Stated that last time. You got banned from 3zc because you were condesending towards other members. Show me where I personally banned someone. I don't have the powers to ban.

How many short shifters are on the market? Coz, Z1, AMZ, Cs, ect ect...they ALL look the same that doesn't mean they are all the same.

Your talking about customer service but none of what your discussing has anything to do what you've said. If I recall you purchased an item and received it. Don't see an issue with customer service there. Just like this comment you make. Your experience with AMZ was not a problem...instead your issue is with the product. So your statement "your business else where before you get ripped off....support the vendors with excellent customer service not Mitch" has nothing to do with the part.

To the comment about refunds...There are NO REFUNDS on special order items. I've refunded several customers on standard items that were not available at all or they just wanted to cancel. No where in my policies page does it say that I do not give refunds. HUGE misconception.

Eric you mention I lock/delete threads that have negative information on AMZ situations....I do not have access to lock buy/seller ratings. If you notice those threads were close because the situation has be resolved.

Eric...how did you get ripped off on a product that works and is still in your car to this day? It would be a differnet story if the item broke and nothing was done about it and you didn't get a replacement.


ChrisNJ...your reply as to why I moved to TX is not the reason...but thanks for making it sound that way. I moved with family. There is nothing in NJ anymore for me and I'd rather be with my family then stay there in NJ.

As for Tanzi...I have been in contact with him through every step. Yes his parts have taken time to come in but I have no led him in any way that he was being taken for or not receiving his goods.

I want to say this, out of all the replies on this thread I think its very obsurd on how far fetched views go and how rumors get spread. I've noticed on both sites...3zc and on here that drama gets spread like wild fire. Im not a huge facility like some other companies. I've worked very hard to bring to market many parts that have never been available in the US at all. Some things take more time than others and for that I apologize but some of the times its out of my hands. The issue that is going on with this thread is that someone is mad that they got banned because they are making accusations every other time a part is mentioned and that they are belittling other members. Its one thing to give a product review and say the part is not good but its another to say "don't shop at XY..just because". Those are personal opinions of which are fine but do hurt business and can and have been dealt with lawfully. Not saying Im going there because I don't have the patience or time to even get involved in something like that. I see many here talking about reselling of parts but if someone reputable resells it things are ok but someone who has a personal disposition about them says something it goes down hill for them. You see where this is going?

I'm not speaking for everyone else that is in business but I will speak for myself when I say that parts that "WE" businesses buy & sell from wholesale manufactures there will be other companies that sell items on ebay. Does it make it an ebay item at that point...apparently it does but when it comes down to it...how many gimmicks are on ebay and how many gimmicks do you get from a specialty company that deals with the community as well as sponsors it. Its a completely different situation.

I can take the heat from whats been said but I can not understand how so many jump on the band wagon and draw out so much drama that the truth never is understood. Its so easy to believe a lie than understand the truth. Truth takes reasoning and lies just take off with imagination. There have been many lies spread about me and AMZ and how this and that has happened but it comes down to this. I've always been there for every customer no matter what. Ive lost a lot and gained little. Any customer that has purchased from me knows that no matter what I get them resolved. It would be totally different story if I just left and didn't do anything for anyone. Like that big fiasco I had over a year ago. Everyone that had to go through that suffered including me. I stuck with it though...I ensured that everyone got what they ordered at the expense of me risking everything to ensure that items/money was carried out.

I do my best to keep things fair and professional...however Im human just like everyone else. Customers have feelings and so do I and when it becomes personal then things start to get twisted. There are many things on 3zc that I have no control over. Yes Im a mod on there but only in the tech section of which im rarely there due to being so busy. But I always get back to PMs and do what I can when asked. I've been rediculed, lied upon, accusations made, and the every so often gun jumper that hasn't given me a chance to reply to an email he sent 5mins ago that I didn't reply back to in 3.2secs.

I view this entire ordeal as a personal attack and not business as eric and yellow have been that way since day one. Yellow had a CC that kept declining after 3 attempts of payment for an item...i asked for a different form and he started giving me an attitude and said he was going to take his business else where. Nothing I can do there as I explained I accepted paypal, money order, ect ect and he just got angry and shopped somewhere else. Thats ok.

Eric recieved a part that he installed...works fine and has been since. he goes online to some other place that has it for less and proceeds to go online and tell ppl its a fake and do not buy it etc etc. So if I sell an HKS exhaust for less than someone else is it fake? Is it less quality? No...its for a lesser price. I can not control other vendors pricing or availability. Everything I've sold is quality and has never given anyone any problems...and if it has I have replaced it or had it replaced by the manufacture of the item. I've never not once told someone they can not get a refund on a "standard" item. It does state that on special orders there are NO REFUNDS as the item has to be shipped in from Japan and it does take a while and for somoene to cancel puts both myself and the other company out money.


If individuals have a problem with me personally that doens't have anything to do with AMZ that is something i can not change...however business wise, there has to be a line drawn to where ppl say its business and its personal.
